All orders are shipped and packed from Perth, Western Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control. 

PrepPack is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
